About Transactions

Before conducting transactions, please confirm the following information.

(Stock Information)
Please understand that information and photographs of stock may be inaccurate. In cases of discrepancy from the actual item, the actual item takes precedence. Please understand that stock information may be updated at any time, and an item listed as available may have already been sold.
(Sales Contracts)
Sales of items are subject to a Machine Sale Contract specified by U-MACHINE(THAILAND) CO.,LTD.
(Payment)
Payment for items is to be made by electronic bank transfer not later than one day before the delivery date. Please note that we do not accept drafts or checks. Any transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
(Product Examination and Test Operation)
If you wish to conduct on-site examination or test operation at our premises, please contact us in advance by telephone. Please understand that we may be unable to accommodate such requests when no prior appointment has been made.
(Warranty)
Because items are used, they are all provided as-is, with no warranty whatsoever. No returns are accepted. Whenever possible, please examine the actual product before purchase, which is at the responsibility of the customer.
(Liability for Defects)
Because items are used, we assume no liability for defects. Accordingly, customers cannot seek reduction or exemption of purchase charges, compensation for damages, or contract cancellation.
(Shipping)
For shipping, customers are requested to conduct the preparations for carry-out (lubrication, set-down, procurement of clamps and tools, clamping operations, packing, etc.).
(Transportation)
Item charges does not include loading, transportation, or installation charges. Hoists, cables, and the like are also to be provided by the customer.
(Product Liability Act)
Please recognize that with respect to our products, U-MACHINE(THAILAND) CO.,LTD. does not correspond to the "manufacturer, etc." as set forth in article 2, item 3 of Japan' Product Liability Act.
(Purpose Of Use)
Use the products or any replicas for civil purpose only and never use the products or any replicas for development and/or production of weapons of mass destruction (including but not limited to nuclear weapons, biological weapons, chemical weapons and missile) and conventional arms.
(Permit for resell)
In case you want to re-sell, re-transfer, or re-export the products, you shall obtain a prior written consent from U-MACHINE(THAILAND) CO.,LTD. to such re-sell, re-transfer, or re-export. It is yours obligation to provide U-MACHINE(THAILAND) CO.,LTD. with ‘Promissory Letter’, ‘information on user and use’ and the ‘Letter of assurance’ (designated formats by U-MACHINE(THAILAND) CO.,LTD. of the end user.
(Compliance with the Foreign Exchange Act, etc.)
  1. With respect to its handling of the goods, you shall comply with the following laws of Japan: the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act, Foreign Trade Law, Export Trade Control Order, Foreign Exchange Order and other ministerial orders (“Foreign Exchange Act, etc.”). You shall also comply with the Export Administration Act and Export Administration Regulations of the United States and other relevant laws and regulations of other countries.
  2. With regard to goods which require an export license or a license for technical service, you shall obtain such license from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan or other governmental authority(ies) of relevant countries in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Act, etc. or other laws and regulations of other countries. You shall be solely responsible for confirming whether an export license and/or a license for technical service is necessary. U-MACHINE(THAILAND) CO.,LTD. shall bear no responsibility for yours failure to comply with the requirements of this article.
  3. If you destroys (or entrusts another entity with destroying) any goods in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Act, etc. or other laws and regulations of other countries, you shall, at its own responsibility, take all necessary measures in order to prevent the dispersal of such goods by disposing of such goods through their complete destruction or other means, or by ensuring that its entrusted entity take such measures.
  4. If you sells the goods to a third party, you shall provide written notification to such third party regarding the terms and conditions contained in this Articles 1 to 3 above. You shall not sell any goods to a third party that appears likely to export the goods unlawfully.
(Countries to which weapons exports are banned by U.N. resolutions)
In any and all cases, you are not allowed to resell the Equipment to third parties in countries that are subject to the United Nations weapon embargo sanction, namely, Afghanistan, Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Eritrea, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, and Sudan. In addition, you shall not re-sell the Equipment to third parties in a manner and for the purpose (including military purposes, etc.) of violating related laws and regulations including but not limited to Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act.
