  • Are there any restrictions on the types of buildings to be dismantled?
    There are no particular restrictions.
The buildings to be dismantled are most often office buildings, employee dormitories, sales offices, hotels, hospitals, warehouses, factories, and the like.
We are also able to purchase machines and equipment within a factory.
  • Are there any restrictions on the regions served and the scope of projects?
We are focused on the Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka regions and on buildings with a total floor space of at least 1000 square meters. However, customers may consult us about other regions and smaller-scale projects.
  • How much time does is required to produce an estimate?
As a rule, we perform a preliminary inspection of the interior of a building and check its condition.
We ask the customer to disclose the materials that will be required in order to prepare an estimate (floor plans, elevation drawings, foundation drawings, etc.), then present a written estimate in approximately two weeks.
  • Does U-MACHINE serve as the prime contractor?
U-MACHINE does not have a permit for construction work.
We will introduce the customer to a demolition operator that fits the customer’s requirements, and the customer concludes a work contract directly with the demolition operator.
We ask that the customer proceed with the actual work through direct meetings between the customer and the demolition operator.
